Blaine began his career in the QSR industry in 2007, quickly distinguishing himself through performance and leadership. While attending college full-time and earning a Business Management degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, he advanced to General Manager, overseeing operations that achieved 20% year-over-year sales growth for three consecutive years.
Following graduation, Blaine transitioned into a corporate role as a Franchise Business Coach, where he worked directly with franchisees to improve profitability, streamline operations, and reduce costs. In this role, he gained deep exposure to multi-unit performance metrics, brand standards, and scalable operational systems—experience that proved invaluable in his next chapter as an owner-operator.
In 2019, Blaine acquired his first QSR franchise, successfully increasing sales by over 300% in three years. Over the next six years, he acquired, operated, and sold four franchise QSR locations, participating in more than ten franchise transactions as an owner, seller, buyer, and advisor. His firsthand involvement across the full transaction lifecycle gives him a rare, operator-driven perspective that resonates strongly with both buyers and sellers.

Blaine is a devoted family man, married with two children, and grounded in strong faith-based values that guide both his personal and professional life. He is deeply committed to health, fitness, and mentorship, serving as a Quarterbacks Coach at Weeki Wachee High School for the past three seasons and actively working with youth athletes to develop discipline, confidence, and leadership.
